Dr. Dikel’s expertise in the clinical, legal, financial, and multi-systemic aspects of psychiatry allows him to provide innovative and effective program planning and development and system redesign consultation to systems and agencies in the public and private sectors. He works with all of the systems serving individuals who have psychiatric disorders (Social Services, Corrections, Special Education, Public Health, Mental Health, Medicaid, and Health Insurance Companies) and is versed in each system’s funding streams, agendas, mandates, vocabularies, perspectives and models of operation.
